It is important to know that Bidrite role is limited to intermediary but crucial in connecting the buyers with the sellers. We allow direct transactions between the seller and the buyers and the website is designed in a way that allows free interactions between the buyers and the sellers. We also manage and regulate the activities of the users to ensure that everyone plays according to the rule of the game as contained in the “Terms and Conditions”. Bidrite reserves the right to sanction any erring user based on the strength of the offense and predefined sanctions.
Most items are offered as auctions however, there would be quite a number of items that the seller will list for direct purchase i. e, the first interested buyer that come across such item will have the opportunity of purchase without bidding competition. Such item will be tagged as “Buy Now” items.
Some auctions are subject to auto extension in order word, bidders will have a chance to offer better prices towards the last five minutes to the end of the auction. The more bid received during this time the more extension the auctions get but not exceeding five minutes.
We encourage buyers to inspect any items they have interest in and seek clarifications as to any grey areas. Sellers are advised to disclose the true conditions of the items listed for auction in the description section and also provide images as many as possible from different angles of the items. In addition, provisions are made for video upload as evidence of the condition of the auction.
